Good friends make great neighbors! We offer a reward program for resident referrals. It is easy way to save money while helping your friends become your neighbors! The amount offered for the resident referral reward can change periodically. Based on the referred resident's move-in-date, the referral fee at this time is $500, IF MOVED IN BY FEBRUARY 14TH, 2024.
To be eligible, you must be a current resident in good standing at the time your referral moves in. (Good standing means that your rent and other balances are paid with no past due amount on your ledger). The resident referral will be credited to your account.
There are a few notable items for you (as the ( "Referring Resident") and your friend (as the "Referred Resident")
Friends part:
Mention that you referred them on the 1st tour and on the application form
Complete the Resident Referral form
Complete application and meet all current resident qualifying guidelines
Sign a Lease Agreement for 1 year and pay the first month's rent in full.
Complete a full calendar month as a resident with a balance of $0
You may receive a referral reward for every qualified referred household., SO TALK IT UP!
